A menstrual cup is form of reusable menstrual protection. It is inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual fluids. Once in place it forms a seal, preventing blood flowing out of the vagina by collecting it in its “cup” shaped reservoir. Unlike a tampon which absorbs the blood along with the vagina’s natural secretions, a menstrual cup simply holds the fluids until you remove it – so they do not dry out the vagina and do not hold the TSS risk that tampons do.
They hold around 20-30ml, which is for most women will cope with a full day without emptying, and at most perhaps you would need to empty it a few times a day for a very heavy flow. A menstrual cup will last (with proper care) for around 10 years, perhaps longer, so while the initial outlay is high, it pays for itself with savings pretty quick.

By the way, yes these are the measurements they give, and no, they are not correct. I believe that the measurements are identical to the Sckoon.
There are no measuring lines. The cup is more opaque than the Sckoon but still translucent.
My favorite! I’ve got 4 of these now. My first cup was a Sckoon – works great but the stem is too short and (overshare warning) pulled out a couple pubic hair trying to get it out. Not fun. My second and third were me trying to read other people’s reviews, and an attempt to get a Sckoon type cup but with a longer stem. No luck. Femcup and Fleurcup were too floppy or just didn’t “snap into place” properly. Found Anytime and loved the price. Figured I had nothing to lose, just had to have patience as it came from China. Love, love, love Anytime cups! They feel and fit just like Sckoons, just have a longer stem. Got some for my daughters too (they were a little weirded out but I’m working on that)! 🙂
