  1. I m 37 yrs old n hv 2 kids. Which size is suitable for me. If i choose m size which is for under 30 will it be comfortable.

  3. It basically depends on your build, body structure, (how high or low your cervix is), from what I understand. Your vaginal walls will adjust to the size of the cup.
    The tension of your vaginal muscles also make a whole lot of difference when it comes to ease of insertion and how your cup holds against the walls. It might be a lil tricky when applying during the time of periods as the muscles tend to spasm. M or L may be a good range to choose from, but best is to decide according to the flow.
    If you just gave birth, please wait for at least 3 months to heal before using this.

    Well I’m no pro, but from all that I’ve understood and experienced so far, this is the best suggestion I can give. Do consult a Gynecologist who will be sure give you a better idea of your body. Hope this works out well for you.
